1) Beat Licenses
Choose the license that matches your release plan. All non-exclusive licenses are sold to multiple artists. Exclusive removes the beat from the store.

2) Loop Kit License
What you can do
- Use loops/MIDIs/one-shots in your own music, beats, and client work.
- Sell/monetize songs and beats made with the loops — unlimited streams and sales.
- Modify, chop, layer, resample within a new composition.
What you can’t do
- No reselling, sharing, or giving away the raw files (loops/one-shots/MIDIs) as a kit or “as-is.”
- No uploading the raw loops to Content ID / fingerprint services as standalone audio.
- No claiming authorship of the original loop recordings or recreating a competing pack from them.
Credit & placements
- Credit required when a melodic loop from the kit is a main element of the beat/song. See “Credit” for exact wording.
- Major placements / TV/Film: email clearance so we can whitelist and avoid claims. No extra fee in most cases.
3) VST / Plugin EULA (Preview)
This is a heads-up for an upcoming product type. Final EULA will be shown at checkout.
- License: single-user, up to 2 machines (reset on request).
- Keys: do not share, resell, or post license keys; no reverse engineering.
- Updates: minor updates included; major upgrades may be paid.
- Content: included presets/samples are licensed like the Loop Kit terms above.
- Refunds: not offered after key delivery/activation unless required by law.

5) Content ID & Claims
- You may monetize your songs/beats on platforms. Do not upload raw loops or the unaltered beat to Content ID.
- If you receive a claim, email us with your order number and link to the release so we can whitelist it.
6) FAQ
Can I transfer my license?
Non-exclusive licenses: no. Exclusive licenses: only with written permission.
Do you take publishing?
Non-exclusive: no publishing is claimed. Exclusive: songwriter/publishing credits remain with @CursedFerarri unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
What if I hit a stream limit?
Upgrade to a higher tier (email us with your original order).
Can I use loops in client beats for artists?
Yes. You can charge your client for your production. Do not give the raw kit files to the client.
